Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Typical delivery estimates are:

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Address

If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

Open Up is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.

  • Photos of the shipping packaging
